With Blue Marine Glix Gelcoat Filler, you can quickly and easily repair deep scratches, gouges, and damage to your boat's fiberglass. Prompt repairs prevent further damage and preserve the value and appearance of your boat.
Glix Gelcoat Filler is suitable for polyester boats, RIBs, water scooters and other polyester surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Are the polyester fibers visible? First, repair them with Rexim Fiberglass or Kit Repair Fiberglass .
2. Clean the surface and sand it lightly.
3. Mix the Glix Gelcoat Filler with 2–3% hardener and stir well.
4. Apply the mixture smoothly and evenly with a putty knife or spatula.
5. Let it harden for 10–20 minutes.
6. Sand the surface with grit 120, then with waterproof grit 260/280.
7. Finish the surface smoothly with waterproof grit 400/500.
8. Then spray Gelcoat Spray over the repair and polish the surface with Schutz for optimal gloss and protection.
